Suitable for all skin types-Olive oil soap and other products can be used by everyone, from babies to the elderly, and are suitable for all skin types. Olive oil is hypoallergenic, which means it won’t cause a nasty reaction when applied to skin. Even the most sensitive skin will absorb the goodness in olive oil without flaring up, and the natural ingredient can be used to moisturize infant's’ skin and provide relief from conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It’s even used as a natural remedy for sunburn.3. Oxidation occurs when free radicals infect the body and while there is no cure, there are means of managing oxidation levels, such as by using olive oil soap and products. The antioxidants in olive oil fight off these free radicals and reduce oxidation, helping your body produce essential proteins and keeping your skin clear, healthy and pimple-free.4. Rich in vitamins A and E, olive oil can boost your immunity and help improve the appearance of your skin. <![CDATA[Clover and the Color Green or Red?]]>Sat, 05 Mar 2016 03:25:21 GMThttp://conleytradingco.com/live-beautiful-blog/clover-and-the-color-green-or-redPicture
In like a Lion… you know how it goes. March brings many things in addition to the breeze. March brings the promise of warmer weather, green emerging from the tips of the trees to the grass under your feet. And who can forget about those fantastic festivals of Irish decent or so we say by America's standard at least. Which brings me to the herb of the month. Have you guessed it yet? I’ll give you a clue. It is chock full of Calcium. Not yet? It has been found to give cancer a kick in the pants. No? It is lucky if you can find one with four leaves…You got it, Clover. Specifically Red Clover. This amazing little herb is more than just lucky; it is a blood cleaner, yes yours needs some cleaning, a kick but to cancer with its amazing biochanin-A, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, coumarin, formononetin, genistein and isorhamnetin, marching along. To top off this list Red clover is an Anti-Inflammatory. Don’t get me started on inflammation and all of the issues this dirty word causes in your body on a daily basis. There are a few ways I like to get my share of Red Clover. On colder days there is nothing better than a cup of hot tea, and when it has this fabulous herb in it, you know you are doing more than warming your cold fingers. My favorite cold weather, stuffy nose, annoying cough tea features organic red clover.
Depending on how much you are making the recipe is in parts.

When the weather starts to turn and Mr. Sunshine is out and your cold symptoms are gone with the wind that March brought in, I go smoothie. This is easy. I just toss a ¼ cup in whatever smoothie recipe I am using that day. This typically amounts to what is in my refrigerator and freezer at the moment that tomorrow probably should not be. One of my favorite recipes which grosses out my students when I walk in the class with it because, “who drinks green stuff?”

This Green Smoothie is perfect for the month of March and the calorie count is sure to have you do an Irish Jig!
